SunSpot Enterprises, LLC specializes in commercial property maintenance. We are a full service grounds maintenance company offering maintenance, landscaping, field mowing, fertilization/weed control services and irrigation repair. Our staff includes two licensed irrigators and a certified chemical applicator. We are available 24 hours a day to answer calls and or emergencies that arise with your irrigation system.

SunSpot Enterprises is locally owned by Brian Lockwood and Cody Schrage and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. SunSpot has been in business since 1997 and we pride ourselves in having a close working relationship with our property management companies as well as our board members.

Currently SunSpot services over 75 homeowner associations from Denton, Texas to Waxahachie, Texas. Our customers also include commercial properties, PID properties, churches and some residential clients.
